The Granato's repair kit is a special preparation of prime materials , designed to guarantee good finishes in the RESANES of unions or damages caused to the solid surfaces during its use like fissures, fractures or to seal unions between badges and accessories. It allows to obtain unions imperceptible, durable, resistant to humidity and solvents.

PRESENTATION
It is composed by a mixture (A) 125gr, catalyst (B) , grains bag (C) according to the reference to use, 2Ogr tablespoon and wooden palette.

CHARACTERISTIC
By it's mash consistency you can apply it in horizontal and vertical surfaces.

WAY OF USE
a. Surface Preparation:
The surface to be repaired should be sanded previously ( water sandspaper 220) softening the vertexes and producing a stripe in the area to fix, so that the mass to be added sticks strongly. Clean the powder generated with a cloth humidified with solvent or alcohol, fat and oil free let it dry off.
Contain the surface to repair with paper tape.

b. Adhesive Preparation:
In a plastic or waxed glass mix the mixture (A) with the grains (B) according to the reference to work, mix it with the wooden palette until the mass acquires a similar tone to the surface , if you need to darken more, separate some powder of the grains that have not been used and add again to the mass ( wet the surface separately to compare the tone with the mass that it's been prepared). Once the tone has been achieved, add the catalyst (B), see the annexed dosage chart, mix exactly during one minute and pour it in the place ensuring that the mass overflows the surface level to allow contraction.
The spare mass must be eliminated because it becomes hard quickly (from 1O to 12 mm.)

c. Final Surfaces Finishes:
When the mass has hardened totally, approximately one hour ( fingernail should not enter), remove the paper tape and sand the repair with water sandpaper 120, 180, 220 and 400 until you get the surface level, proceeding to tinge with a Scoth Brite industrial cloth color red, or with car polish cream and a cotton cloth.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
It is a product classified as inflammable and therefore , It should stay away from ignition sources, sparks or open flames..
It should be stored indoors, in ventilated areas and in a temperature inferior to 20ºC to guarantee the maximum stability..
For it's manipulation it is recommended to use of gloves, smock and security glasses.
